Discover the Future of Fashion: 3 Brands Selected from MUSINSA’s Next Fashion Scholarship

[Financial News] Musinsa announced on the 10th that it has selected three outstanding brands from the 6th Musinsa Next Fashion Scholarship (MNFS) program to support their brand debut, as part of its initiative to nurture the next generation of fashion brands.
MNFS is Musinsa’s social contribution activity to help college students and aspiring entrepreneurs who love fashion. This 6th program went beyond just providing scholarships and conducted a process to strengthen the brands’ self-reliance capabilities.
From September to December last year, scholarship recipients who participated in the ‘Scale-Up Track’ completed lectures and expert mentoring on branding and production planning. Musinsa provided a scholarship of 5 million KRW (about 3,750 USD) per student who successfully completed the program. Some scholarship recipients produced prototypes targeting the 2026 Spring/Summer (SS) season, incorporating their individual styles.
Musinsa selected 3 brands out of 11 scholarship recipient brands that produced final prototypes. After reviewing brand portfolios, prototypes, and snap content since last month, △Pseudonym △Ogi △Eyang were selected. The selection process combined expert evaluation scores from current domestic designer brand directors and fashion merchandisers (MDs), as well as results from online public voting through the Musinsa app.
The three selected brands will participate in the ‘Final Track’ running until April. Musinsa will support them in establishing themselves in the market by providing lookbook photoshoots and promotional opportunities utilizing marketing infrastructure. In April, a standalone offline pop-up store will be opened in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
A Musinsa representative said, “We will support these final selected individuals to take their first steps as emerging designers and grow into sustainable brands.”
