Food delivery app Baemin is set to make travel extra special for jet-setters during the Lunar New Year holiday and spring break season.

Woowa Brothers Corp., the company behind Baemin (short for Baedal Minjok), announced on the 10th that they’re rolling out a major outdoor ad campaign at Gimpo and Jeju International Airports from the 9th to the 22nd.

The campaign’s theme, “Keeping the Travel Excitement Alive,” zeroes in on airports as unique spaces where journeys begin and end. With heartwarming Baemin-style messages, it aims to greet travelers and boost brand affinity during the hectic holiday season. Expect to see custom messages tailored to passengers’ experiences in domestic and international terminals, as well as arrival areas.

What’s really cool is that this campaign introduces time signal ads to Korean airports for the first time ever. By syncing with a clock API, ads will chime in at the top of each hour, announcing the time. You’ll catch these time-telling ads, plus others, playing randomly over 150 times daily.

The eye-catching ads will light up more than 180 LED pillars and massive media walls strategically placed throughout Gimpo and Jeju airports. At Gimpo’s domestic departures on the third floor, prepare to be wowed by a giant 27-meter-wide media wall that’ll totally immerse you in the Baemin experience.
