[Sports Today reporter Lim Si-ryeong] P1Harmony launched a career-high run after their new release outsold the first-week sales of their previous album on its very first day.
On the 13th, Hanteo Chart, South Korea’s largest album sales tracker, reported that P1Harmony’s ninth mini-album, UNIQUE, sold 450,347 copies on its release day, the 12th. That number surpasses the first-week tally for their previous album, DUH!, and highlights the group’s accelerating momentum.
UNIQUE debuted at No. 1 on Hanteo Chart’s daily album chart for the 12th and also topped Circle Chart’s daily retail album chart. Having set notable milestones at home and abroad with each release, P1Harmony’s strong start to this campaign has raised expectations for further breakthroughs.
UNIQUE, the group’s first domestic release in 10 months, continues the act’s ongoing narrative. The album traces the arc of the “Hero” — who staged a strike in the previous installment — as he returns to his heroic identity. The six-track set is led by the title song “UNIQUE,” which channels P1Harmony’s kinetic energy and a message of unity, and also includes “Pandemonium,” “L.O.Y.L.,” and three additional tracks.
P1Harmony is scheduled to appear on KBS2’s Music Bank today (the 13th) and will promote across other music shows and digital platforms, engaging fans with a variety of content.
