[Sports Seoul | Reporter Park Kyung-ho] Singer Jang Yoon-jung and TV personality Do Kyung-wan admitted they were taken aback by how pricey Europe — and Copenhagen in particular — can be.
On their first trip alone since getting married, the couple shared candid reactions to Denmark’s steep local costs.
On the 14th, their YouTube channel “Dojang TV” posted a video titled “Travel Is Always a Series of Crises | Our First Trip Alone Since the Honeymoon.”
In the clip, the two stroll the streets of Copenhagen, soaking in the atmosphere and clearly enjoying their time together.
Jang said she was excited, noting it was their first getaway together outside of work since they tied the knot. Do added that he slept soundly on the flight and that they were savoring a relaxed vacation.
But Denmark’s prices quickly brought them back to reality. Do said, “The prices are no joke. We had two beers each with breakfast and the bill came to 180,000 KRW (approximately $135).”
Traveling without their children felt a bit strange at first, they admitted, but the couple said the trip reminded them how important it is to carve out time alone as a couple.
