The episode of Castle of Acting featuring Jin Seo-yeon premieres on the YouTube channel VIVO TV on the 16th.
That day, Lim Hyung-jun brings Jin Seo-yeon to Kim Eui-sung’s office, explaining that, because of the film Believer, audiences keep seeing Jin Seo-yeon only as a tough character. Her casting keeps trending that way, and she’s been worried about it and wants advice.
When Jin Seo-yeon opened up about her concerns, Kim Eui-sung dropped into informal speech and began to offer blunt guidance, saying he’d assumed she was comfortable in her acting life but that she clearly had a lot on her mind. As his remarks edged toward a boundary, Jin Seo-yeon visibly bristled and snapped, “Why am I getting so irritated?”—an exchange that immediately froze the room.
The episode raises questions about what unfolded between the three, and Jin Seo-yeon ultimately storms out, drawing attention to how the tense confrontation played out.
