The pop-up, open for one week from April 17 at KREAM’s flagship store in Dosan Park, Seoul, invites customers to try Decathlon’s high-performance lineup in person.
The centerpiece of the exhibition is the exclusive reveal of top-tier shoes for collectors and serious runners. The KIPSTORM Elite is a road-running model built around a carbon plate and a high-resilience midsole insert designed to shave time off long-distance runs. The KIPSUMMIT Max is a trail-running shoe engineered for rough terrain; it pairs Vibram MegaGrip outsoles with FASTECH+ technology to maintain stable traction during ultramarathons over 170 km (about 105.6 miles).
Visitors can do more than look — they can take part in hands-on sessions that quantify gear performance. A coached city running class called DecaRUNNERS lets participants test fit and real-world performance, and on-site treadmills let shoppers feel the technology immediately. During the promotion, in-store buyers will receive a 10% discount and an exclusive gift while supplies last.
Actor and brand ambassador Geum Sae-rok will attend media day to showcase athleisure styling using the high-performance pieces. A Decathlon representative called the partnership with KREAM a strategic turning point to reinforce the brand’s tech-forward image and said the company plans to build trust with local runners through integrated online and offline tech experiences.
