Premium outdoor brand Blackyak is inviting participants to its big outdoor festival, 2026 Blackyak Club Day.

The festival will take place on Sept. 19 at Elysian Gangchon in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, and will bring together more than 2,500 BAC (Blackyak Alpine Club) members. Blackyak will offer hands-on programs that reflect its brand identity—Team Summit, Light Trail, and the Trail Run Challenge—along with upgraded on-site events designed to celebrate the joy of outdoor life.
Team Summit is a hiking program in which teams of two to four climb a set course while completing missions. This year’s course includes hidden-mission elements to boost immersion and fun. Organizers will also run Light Trail, a welcoming program designed to lower the barrier to trail running.
Light Trail is structured so families—kids included—and beginners can enjoy trail running without pressure. The Trail Run Challenge, tailored for experienced trail runners, is a 16.2-mile (26 km) route around Geombongsan, letting participants push their limits and savor the thrill of crossing the finish line.
Three participants will be randomly selected to receive full support for a dream Himalayan trek to Everest. In addition, Blackyak will award five people the Trail Run Jeju All-in-One Package, which includes entry to Blackyak’s flagship Jeju race, Blackyak Trail Run Jeju, plus lodging and meals at the Yak Village cultural complex.

Italian sports brand FILA has launched FILA COLORE and is accepting applications from artists to lead the project through May 25.
Colore means “color” in Italian and symbolizes FILA’s heritage of crafting a distinct aesthetic through bold, sensory color. FILA COLORE is an annual cultural project that blends art and fashion to offer a fresh brand experience rooted in that color legacy.
Through FILA COLORE, the brand will roll out collaborative content with artists across music, visual art, and other fields to deliver cultural experiences that go beyond sport. As part of the project, FILA will officially sponsor the global art fair Frieze Seoul 2026 in September and is recruiting four artists to participate on-site.
The competition theme is Silver. Silver represents the color of FILA’s steady-seller sneaker, the Échappé Silver Moon, and symbolizes the reflective light that projects FILA’s past into the future. The contest accepts painting submissions from any artist with creative sensibility.
The four selected artists will exhibit their works at FILA’s booth at Frieze Seoul 2026. Each artist will receive a creative grant of KRW 3,000,000 (about $2,250) and will be invited to participate in the FILA COLORE exhibition scheduled for later this year.
