Hotels are tempting travelers with early-summer getaway packages.
Park Hyatt Seoul’s live music bar The Timber House is hosting a guest bartending event with Fuglen Seoul—the bookshop-café and bar brand—on May 15 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. The collaboration blends Fuglen’s refined Oslo-born bar culture with Korean ingredient-driven flavors, promising to elevate Seoul’s nightlife.
Designed to showcase Fuglen Seoul’s signature approach—reimagining Korean ingredients and fermentation traditions through a contemporary cocktail lens—the guest shift will feature four signature drinks: ‘Peach & Tomato Paloma’, ‘Strawberry Manhattan’, ‘Kiwi’, and ‘Espresso Martini’.
Banyan Tree Seoul is targeting early-vacation travelers with two new offerings: the Oasis Summer Package and the Oasis Cabana Package. The Oasis Summer Package includes admission for two to the outdoor Oasis pool—perfect for a lively day of swimming and relaxation.
The Oasis Cabana Package steps things up with a private cabana—complete with its own pool, a daybed-style sofa, and a dining table—plus a food-and-beverage set featuring champagne, a fruit platter, and soft drinks for a more upscale escape.
Both packages include one night’s accommodation, breakfast for two at Granum Dining Lounge, and access for two to the fitness center and indoor pool. They also come with a summer gift and travel kit from vegan beauty brand Hidiff, which contains sunscreen, cleansing foam, and lip fondue. All products are fully vegan-certified so even sensitive skin can use them comfortably. The packages are available from May 6 through July 31.
Signiel, Lotte Hotel & Resort’s flagship brand, is launching a Summer Livery promotion that spotlights Jeju apple mangoes. At The Lounge on the 79th floor of Signiel Seoul, the Signature Mango Bingsu piles generous chunks of apple mango atop ultra-fine shaved frozen milk, with sides like mango sherbet, sweet red bean paste, and mascarpone sauce to customize each bite.
At the pastry salons in Signiel Seoul and Busan, the Premium Mango Cake stands out with scoops of fresh mango flesh. Signiel Busan’s Apple Mango Bingsu layers Jeju apple mango’s juicy intensity with mango ice, mango mousse, and silky mascarpone cream, served alongside mango gelato and house-made sweet red bean paste. Signiel Seoul offers four petit mango desserts—including an apple mango shortcake and tarts—while Signiel Busan presents a mango tart that pairs mango compote with hazelnut cream.
Signiel Seoul is also offering a Taste of Summer package that includes a one-night stay and the Signature Mango Bingsu, which can be enjoyed privately at The Lounge or via in-room dining. Reservations are open through August 29, and stays are available from May 8 through September 1.
