Save Big on Guam Travel: Fuel Surcharge Support Promotion for May-June 2026

Rising fuel surcharges have made international travel more expensive — and the Guam Visitors Bureau is stepping up to help.

To ease costs for travelers planning trips to Guam in May and June, the bureau is rolling out a fuel-surcharge relief promotion with major partners, including airlines, tour operators, online travel platforms (OTAs), and credit card companies.

Twelve partners are on board: four airlines — Korean Air, Jin Air, Air Seoul, and Air Busan; four travel agencies — Hana Tour, Modetour, Norangpungseon, and ChamJoheun Travel; three OTAs — Nol Universe, MyRealTrip, and Tide Square; and Shinhan Card. Each partner will run the promotion for different periods and offer unique benefits.

Along with fuel-surcharge support, travelers can expect airline fare discounts, free tickets for infants and children, early check-in and late check-out options, and OTA deals on hotels, tours, and activities — perks tailored to each channel’s strengths.

Park Ji-hoon, director of the Guam Visitors Bureau’s Korea office, said the bureau has put together practical support to ease travelers’ burdens from higher fuel surcharges. He added that the promotion should encourage more people to discover Guam’s appeal as a sports and wellness destination.

▶ Save on Guam trips in May–June — 12 partners team up to help cover fuel surcharges

▶ Top 5 Queensland festivals in the second half of the year — food, air shows, fireworks, sculpture exhibits, and flower festivals, all under $100

▶ Booking.com: South Korea ranks third among Asian travel destinations and could help the country reach its goal of 30 million inbound visitors by 2028
