Private cabanas and outdoor kitchen available
Able Hyundai Hotel & Resort’s Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul (Banyan Tree Seoul) announced on the 13th that The Oasis, its outdoor pool, will open on the 6th of next month.
Tucked into the lush greenery of Namsan, The Oasis offers an unexpectedly exotic escape in the heart of Seoul. It features an adult pool, a children’s pool and a Jacuzzi, and the water is heated so guests can enjoy a swim in early summer or on cooler days.
Banyan Tree Seoul will also operate 23 private cabanas modeled on the pool-villa concept found at its overseas properties. Each cabana—available for groups of four up to 12 people—includes a private pool, bed-style sofas and a dining area.
Poolside, The Oasis offers an outdoor kitchen serving a range of easy, post-swim dishes. For 2026, The Oasis outdoor pool, the cabanas and the outdoor kitchen will be open through October 11.
Song Ju-yong, head of hotel operations at Banyan Tree Seoul, said, “This year at The Oasis outdoor pool, we plan to offer a range of entertainment, from festival-style pool parties to a sunset wine market with live performances,” adding, “We hope guests can enjoy a special, resort-like feeling in the city without traveling far.”
Ahead of the official opening, Banyan Tree Seoul will host a special Children’s Day event called “2026 Oasis in the Jungle” from the 1st through the 5th of next month. Families can enjoy a large water playground as well as jungle boats, a game zone, performances, photo spots, caricature artists and water-gun games.
