Even kitchen beginners or people living alone can put together most dishes—braises, seasoned vegetable sides, stews, soups, and broths—if they have a flavorful sauce on hand.

With rising dining-out prices, the home-dining trend—people chasing restaurant-quality meals at home—has been spreading. At the same time, more home cooks are trying recipes from social media and short-form videos, which is fueling demand for a growing market of premium, purpose-driven seasoning sauces that enhance flavor depending on the dish.

Orga Wholefood (hereafter Orga) is launching four premium seasoning sauces made from domestically sourced ingredients and vegetables, highlighting each ingredient’s natural, deep umami.

The ORGA Domestic White Soy Sauce blends soy sauce aged more than six months—made from domestic soybeans—with concentrated red snow crab extract for a rich, layered flavor. Its pale color and clean umami enhance a dish’s natural color and taste without overpowering them. Use it in steamed egg custard (gyeran-jjim), dried pollock soup (bukeotguk), clear fish cake soup (eomuk-tang), seasoned vegetable dishes (namul), and more.

The ORGA Concentrated Anchovy Extract and ORGA Concentrated Red Snow Crab Extract use domestic anchovy/dipo-ri extracts and red snow crab extract, respectively, and add domestic vegetables to deliver deep ocean flavor while cutting the briny, fishy note typical of fish sauces. They’re versatile—great for kimchi and stews, but also for stir-fries, pasta, and shabu-shabu dipping sauces.

The ORGA Concentrated Chicken Stock boosts the domestic chicken content to create a rich, savory aroma. It’s a ready-to-use liquid—no dissolving required—so a little goes a long way to lift a dish’s flavor. Try it in creamy pastas, risottos, fried rice, vegetable soups, and more.

The four new products are available at Orga’s offline stores nationwide and on the Shop Pulmuone Orga online mall. The ORGA Domestic White Soy Sauce will also be sold on Kakao Makers through the 10th.
