The images were taken at her family home in Munho-ri, Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province. She lowered herself to meet her father’s gaze as he sat in a wheelchair, and the yard was awash with cherry blossoms and mature trees.
She also shared simple snapshots of strolling around the flowered grounds. Stews made with her own preserved pastes added to the understated charm of country life.
Lee married Korean-American businessman Jeong Ho-young in 2009; the couple has twins. Her next project is the drama “Jaei’s Yeong-in.” She will reunite on screen with actor Yoo Ji-tae for the first time in roughly 25 years since the film “One Fine Spring Day.”
