[EPN Enpinow reporter Seo Hye-bin] On April 23, MBC’s Save Me! Homes airs a location-scouting segment focused on “Bathhouse Road,” a spot that has regained popularity among young adults.

Singer-actor No Min-woo, comedian Kwak Beom, and Joo Woo-jae join the episode to showcase properties built around bathhouses. The trio tours unconventional homes with in-house bathing facilities and examines a bathing culture that has recently resonated with Gen Z.

In Miryang, Gyeongsangnam-do, they visit a mansion that includes a private bathhouse and sauna. The facilities feel like a public bath transplanted into a residence, prompting Kim Sook to quip, “You’d never have to go to a public bath again,” clearly envious.

On Yeongjongdo in Incheon, the show unveils a house with a balcony spa where residents can soak while looking out over natural scenery.

The cast also visits a Yongsan-gu home that takes bathing seriously. Joo Woo-jae amplifies expectations, calling it “a house an ENFP would live in.” Inside, an Art Nouveau–inspired interior with gold accents and a strikingly distinctive bathroom makes an immediate impression.

Kim Sook marvels, calling it “a house where every detail is a focal point.” The property even reveals an unexpected secret space that piques curiosity.

The episode also spotlights Seoul’s oldest bathhouse and a large, immaculately kept bathhouse listing in Miryang, Gyeongsangnam-do. The Seoul bathhouse, which opened in 1966 and is designated a Seoul Future Heritage site, is currently on the market. Viewers will also see a regional curiosity: a Gyeongsang-style automatic scrubbing machine.

The bathhouse-themed scouting episode of Save Me! Homes airs April 23 at 10 p.m. KST.
