Channel A’s dating series Heart Signal Season 5 grabbed viewers’ attention from the first episode—not only for the contestants’ emotional arcs but for the carefully curated home they share. The Signal House’s interior quickly became a topic of conversation. As critics and fans noted a more thoughtful design than in previous seasons, interest intensified when the appliances and furnishings used around the house were revealed.

The tendency for viewers to follow both the cast’s feelings and the space they occupy is a familiar pattern for the Heart Signal franchise. In past seasons, props and furniture that appeared on screen sometimes sold out after episodes aired. Reviewers say this season represents a noticeable upgrade in both scale and finish.

LG Electronics’ official online brand shop, LGE.com, oversaw the Signal House’s overall spatial design. The site sponsored about 15 appliances and selected high-end living brands from its Home Style platform. The total value of the sponsorship is about 114 million KRW (approximately $85,500).

Rather than simply placing a handful of appliances, the team worked to harmonize each room—living room, kitchen and bedroom—by pairing appliances with furniture, lighting and fabrics. The intent was to present the house as a single, coherent lifestyle vignette, not merely to showcase individual products. Industry observers say that approach feels distinct from conventional broadcast sponsorships.

The most eye-catching item in the Signal House is the CineBeam Cube in the parlor. Cast members use the new projector to shift moods and set scenes. Its minimal design and compact footprint make it ideal for delivering a large-screen experience in tighter rooms, and it also serves as a key decorative object that reinforces the house’s emotive atmosphere.

Other devices—including LG OLED AI TVs, StanbyMe2 and the Styler—were positioned to match each room’s function and character.

Furniture and lighting drew nearly as much attention as the electronics. High-end brands featured on LGE.com’s Home Style platform—Herman Miller, Jackson Chameleon and Eastern Edition—appear throughout the house, contributing to an elevated, cohesive look.

Herman Miller is an American office and residential furniture maker known for ergonomic design and long-lasting construction. Jackson Chameleon has become a go-to label for design-minded consumers seeking refined aesthetics. Eastern Edition, a domestic contemporary living brand with a clean, warm aesthetic, has been gaining traction among shoppers in their 20s and 30s.

On-screen living spaces in dating reality shows have become a barometer for interior trends because viewers who empathize with the cast also immerse themselves in the environment. The reality format’s strength—showing products in everyday contexts—adds marketing value: appliances and furnishings seen in use leave a different impression than a brief commercial. Industry professionals argue that repeated, natural exposure in daily scenes lodges more firmly in consumer awareness than short-form ads.

Launched last year, LGE.com Home Style is a premium lifestyle platform that curates brands and content to match customers’ lifestyles and spatial needs. It now features roughly 500 domestic and international brands and about 30,000 products, from furniture and lighting to fabrics, kitchenware and décor. The platform’s goal is to help customers realize a cohesive home by recommending furniture and accessories that pair with appliances. The Signal House partnership is a tangible example of that strategy translated onto a real set.

LGE.com is running promotions to coincide with Heart Signal 5’s broadcast, including its first joint offers with featured furniture brand Eastern Edition. The promotions run through May and include curated space packages that pair appliances—air conditioners, ceiling fans and washers—with Home Style items such as bedding.

During Living Week, a one-week event beginning April 24, LGE.com will offer special prices and time-limited sales on major brands like Simmons and Casamia. Customers who buy both appliances and living goods together may receive additional benefits. Full details are available on LGE.com’s official website.

Heart Signal Season 5 airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on Channel A.
