Are Patch Products the Future of Wellness? Discover the Best Options for Stress Relief and Sleep

Daniel Kim Views

Translation resultThe [RealFood=Reporter Yuk Sung-yeon] KOTRA (KORA) reported that patch-style wellness products are gaining traction among Gen Z consumers in the United States.

The U.S. wellness market is shifting away from ingestible supplements and toward formats people can use easily in everyday life. Patches and other wearables, in particular, are emerging as convenient, portable tools for self-care.

The Good Patch is a leading example. Its product line targets specific needs such as sleep support, stress relief, and energy boosts, with signature items like B12 Awake, Be Calm, and Nite Nite.

B12 Awake combines caffeine, green tea, and vitamin B12 to provide a quick energy lift. The company markets it for early mornings and the post-lunch slump, when concentration often wanes.

Be Calm is formulated with ashwagandha and passionflower to soothe tension and encourage psychological calm. The brand positions it for stressful moments or when users need to relax. Ashwagandha is an herb used in traditional Indian medicine.

Nite Nite is aimed at consumers looking to establish a sleep routine. It delivers melatonin before bedtime to promote a more restful night. Because the product is applied as a patch, users can avoid swallowing pills, which the company says improves accessibility.

A local pharmacy distributor told KOTRA that U.S. shoppers now weigh a product’s ease of use as heavily as its function. Sales of intuitive formats like patches are climbing quickly, while products that require complicated usage are losing favor.
