[By Kim Tae-hyung, Sports Today] Park Dae-hee, the sought-after name consultant whose clients often wait in line for months, opens the doors to an ultra-luxury mansion that served as a drama set and shares a cinematic love story with singer Lee Jang-woo, formerly of 015B, who went from idol to husband.
On March 18, EBS’s Seo Jang-hoon’s Millionaire Next Door will feature Park Dae-hee, an onomastics expert and star naming consultant who has named roughly 60,000 people over the past 20 years.
The owner of a naming studio with a year-long waiting list, Park gives viewers an exclusive tour of a four-story luxury residence—also known as a filming location for the hit drama SKY Castle. True to the show’s depiction of the top 0.01% lifestyle, the European-style stone townhouse makes a commanding impression from its very exterior.
In the episode, hosts Seo Jang-hoon and Jang Ye-won comb the house for its most prized objects among a gallery-like collection. Highlights include a moon jar reportedly beloved by BTS’s RM and a work by international pop artist James Rizzi—whose price, Park notes, is on an entirely different level—offering viewers a fresh, entertaining glimpse into her remarkable collection.
The program also chronicles the film-worthy romance between Park and her husband, singer Lee Jang-woo. They first crossed paths when Park was 18, tagging along with a close friend to a concert by 015B, one of the era’s top acts.
Park says, \”When I first saw him, I froze—he was so handsome,\” recalling the heady excitement of her teenage years. Lee Jang-woo quips that it’s not every day one becomes the husband of a former teenage fan, underscoring the couple’s uncommon connection.
Years later, fate reunited them and their relationship blossomed. Park surprised viewers when she admitted she had their compatibility assessed before they began dating. The episode will also reveal the unexpectedly lavish gift Park gave Lee and the full story behind their unusual \”compatibility first, romance later\” love story.
Meanwhile, Park’s two-decade career as a naming expert leaves a lasting impression. The office she opened in her late 20s became so popular through word of mouth that it even drew neighborhood complaints. Park says she was so busy she couldn’t make time to deposit cash, so the bank sent someone to collect it—an anecdote that surprised many.
Success, however, was not without heartbreak. Park grew emotional remembering a sick child whose name she had given; two days later she learned the child had passed away. Viewers can catch Park Dae-hee recounting that unforgettable, tearful episode and other chapters of a life that at times feels more dramatic than fiction when the program airs.
