Studio Tomboy has teamed up this month with Australia’s leading wool specialist, Michelle Wool, to launch a Woolmark-certified collection of premium wool coats.

After last fall’s Michelle Wool collection posted strong sales and earned rave reviews, the two brands decided to collaborate again. With fabric quality increasingly defining competitiveness in the fall–winter outerwear market, they’re targeting the premium segment using materials proven on a global stage.
Michelle Wool is Australia’s longest-established wool processor and supplies top-grade merino wool to luxury fashion houses worldwide. Merino is a renewable, biodegradable natural fiber prized for its soft hand and excellent insulation—a classic winter luxury.
For the season, Studio Tomboy is offering roughly 20 cozy premium wool coats designed for fall and winter, from 100% wool staples to refined wool-and-cashmere blends.
The standout Two-Pocket Overfit Coat is an upgraded version of last year’s best seller. It preserves Tomboy’s signature oversized silhouette and uses Michelle Wool blended with cashmere for a luxe yet comfortably warm feel. The women’s lineup also includes a long toggle-button coat and a cape-style piece, among other statement outerwear.
The men’s Belted Balmacaan Coat is crafted from 100% wool, delivering lightweight warmth. Raglan sleeves and a relaxed cut provide Studio Tomboy’s trademark ease, while a neck tab closure and waist belt let wearers shape the silhouette to their liking.
To celebrate the launch, shoppers can get up to 10% off on purchases in stores nationwide and on Shinsegae International’s digital platform, Shinsegae V, through Oct. 12.
