LF Launches First ‘2025 Generative AI Work Innovation Challenge’
Planning, Design, VMD, Production, Sales, Marketing, CRM Join In

Lifestyle company LF is pushing faster into the fashion world’s digital transformation (DX). With fashion trends shifting rapidly among digital natives, the company is moving quickly to upgrade its shopping experience.
LF recently rolled out its first companywide ‘2025 Generative AI Work Innovation Challenge.’ The goal was simple: surface practical ideas using generative AI and turn the best concepts into pilot projects.
The company asked employees across functions—planning, design, production, sales, marketing, VMD and CRM—to submit ideas for applying generative AI. Eighteen teams competed, pitching concepts like AI-assisted design generation, virtual model fitting images, and demand-forecast optimization.
On the 28th of last month, LF picked three top ideas: an internal image-and-keyword–based data search system; advanced AI-driven video content production; and a size-error filter for LF Mall. LF plans to pilot these and other standout ideas in real operations.
LF is also testing generative AI at the brand level. Flagship label Hazzys is beefing up its communications DX with AI content releases and AI models, while contemporary menswear brand ALLEGRI is actively using AI-generated editorial content.
