Brick, concrete and warm wood — the design team blends these varied textures to create a chic, emotive modern home that really draws you in. They remodeled an older, 30 pyeong (about 1,067 sq ft) apartment in São Paulo, Brazil, turning it into a cozy, perfectly tailored nest for a young owner with a social, outgoing personality.

They opened up the plan by removing unnecessary interior walls that had made the space feel cramped. Then they reworked the layout to match the owner’s style and daily routines. In the living room, a fabric modular sofa, TV, media cabinet, desk and shelving are arranged in balanced groups, creating a stylish area that works for relaxing, entertaining, working and everything in between.
