Bar franchise Sulsokui Bam has rolled out a limited-edition item—the American Cheese Stick—at locations nationwide, tapping into a trending U.S. food craze.

Sulsokui Bam’s new American Cheese Stick takes inspiration from the oversized cheese sticks served at the American family restaurant Chili’s. Those giant cheese sticks have gone viral on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

This version stands out for its thick, voluminous profile—a far cry from the usual thin sticks. Sulsokui Bam shapes a large block of cheese and fries it whole, so each bite delivers a long, satisfying cheese pull.

Using a proprietary frying method, the exterior becomes cracker-like and crisp while the interior melts smoothly, maximizing the contrast in texture. The chain expects the snack to pair especially well with fizzy drinks like beer or a bright highball.

Sulsokui Bam says playful, experience-driven snacks have been catching on with the MZ generation (Millennials and Gen Z) across the dining scene. Consumers are drawn not just by flavor but by the fun and shareable moments these items create. As menus that emphasize standout textures and visuals lead trends, Sulsokui Bam is keeping pace with stylish, on-trend offerings to sharpen its brand appeal.

An official from Sulsokui Bam’s marketing team said, “We put a lot of care into recreating the oversized cheese-stick visuals that are trending in the U.S. We hope guests—whether with friends or loved ones—leave Sulsokui Bam with long-lasting, delicious memories, just like the long cheese pull itself.”
