Chefs Jung Ho-young and Jung Ji-seon dropped by Ahn Seong-jae’s Hong Kong outpost.

In episode 351 of KBS 2TV’s The Boss Has Donkey Ears, airing April 5, Jung Ho-young, Jung Ji-seon and Yang Jun-hyuk toured Hong Kong and visited Mosu Hong Kong, tucked inside a museum. The cast gushed over the restaurant’s gallery-scale space and its Korean-inspired decor.

While explaining the kitchen at the entrance, Jung Ho-young accidentally called the “open kitchen” an “open chicken,” which drew laughs. When Kim Sook questioned him, he brushed it off with a playful quip.

Jung Ji-seon—who once spent about 5 million KRW (approximately $3,750) on a meal at Mosu Seoul—said she had high hopes for the Hong Kong branch. Jung Ho-young admitted he’d never managed to visit the Seoul location because reservations are so hard to come by. He added that dinner at Mosu Hong Kong runs about 400,000 KRW (around $300) per person.

During the meal, the signature abalone taco made an appearance. Park Myung-soo said the dish looked more like a work of art than dinner, while Jung Ho-young highlighted its textures—the delicate yuba (tofu skin), tender abalone and the briny gamtae seaweed—and praised how they harmonized.
