(The CEN News / Reporter Nam Sa-woong) KBS 2TV’s flagship lifestyle info show, 2TV Saengsaeng Info, takes viewers around South Korea on the 4th. The episode spotlights the once-a-year Duck Day celebration, domestically produced milk that supports healthy aging, safety inspections at a theme park that draws about 50,000 visitors daily, and a beloved restaurant personally recommended by singer Jo Jung-min.

First up, the \”Live Scene\” segment heads into the Duck Day discount event to capture the atmosphere and the deals on offer.

Each month, duck meat is available at a 20–30% discount at Sangam Culture Square in Mapo-gu on the second Thursday and Friday, and at Seoul Madang in Jung-gu on the fourth Thursday and Friday. You can also order online via Oriduckmall (oriduckmall.com).

In the \”Saengsaeng Info\” segment, the show visits the Jongno Senior Welfare Center in Jongno-gu to highlight how locally produced milk can promote healthy longevity, and to portray seniors’ everyday routines in a vivid, human way.

For the \”New VJ Task Force\” feature, the team shadows around-the-clock safety inspections at Everland and its Zootopia area in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province—parks that welcome roughly 50,000 visitors a day. The report brings viewers behind the scenes to meet the staff who work tirelessly to keep guests safe and smiling.

On \”Today’s Revisit: Star Restaurant,\” singer Jo Jung-min shares a favorite local spot. The spotlight is on Mokpojip in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province, where signature dishes include braised butterfish (50,000 KRW (approximately $37.50)) and a bold gochujang stew (25,000 KRW (approximately $18.75)).

KBS 2TV’s 2TV Saengsaeng Info, full of tasty finds and local stories, airs today at 6:35 PM.
