Smilegate Hope Studio just dropped the first episode of the video series I’m Fine Dining, starring Chef Kim Hoon, on its official YouTube channel.
I’m Fine Dining plays on the phrase “I’m fine,” meaning “I’m doing well,” and pairs it with “fine dining,” a formal, elevated meal experience. The series uses cooking as a bridge to strengthen emotional ties between donors and recipients and to spotlight the positive changes among those receiving support—encouraging more people to get involved.
Chef Kim Hoon volunteers his time and expertise for the project, and the donation campaign Hope Table with Chef Kim Hoon has launched. You can donate via the Hope Studio platform through July 31, and every contribution will be used to support the independence and growth of the Smile House children featured in the videos.
Smilegate Hope Studio plans to release three episodes in total: the first is available now, followed by one episode each in May and June.
