Lately, retailers are remixing beloved products into playful new forms. As younger shoppers chase fresh experiences and sensory thrills, brands are leaning into size, shape, and ingredient experiments to stand out.

KFC just dropped two chicken-forward mashups: the Salami Kenchizza and the Salami Bbangchizza. The Salami Kenchizza layers a Zinger fillet with Italian salami, then builds on a tomato base with onions, bell peppers and herbs, finishing with a spicy hot-tomato sauce featuring jalapeño, peperoncino and cayenne for an extra kick.
The Salami Bbangchizza flips that concept into a burger, tucking the Kenchizza between brioche buns so you can get chicken, pizza and burger vibes in a single bite. KFC says the move stretches the boundaries of its chicken lineup by folding in pizza and burger elements to spark new demand.
Dunkin introduced a seasonal spring–summer statement piece: the Giant Bucket, a 1.4‑liter (about 47.3 fl oz) oversized drink that’s roughly four times the size of its usual small. Launched in the U.S. in February and nicknamed “bucket coffee,” it grabbed attention for sheer scale — a visual flex designed to tap the summer trend for large-format beverages.

Pringles broke from its iconic saddle shape for the first time in the brand’s 60-year history, launching the heart-shaped Pringles Heart Mini Rose exclusively in Korea. The chip pairs a delicate rose-oil aroma with sweet vanilla notes and a pink tint from beet extract, offering both a visual twist and a novel flavor profile.

Lotte Wellfood reimagined a favorite for more than 40 years, the Dwaeji Bar, as a monaka-style treat called Dwaeji Bar Bbang. Blending nostalgia with novelty, the product stacks the brand’s signature elements — cookie crumbs, chocolate coating, strawberry syrup and more — into a four-layer structure inside a monaka wafer and presents it in an adorable pig shape to boost visual appeal and playful eating moments.
