MOSU Seoul, the fine-dining restaurant helmed by Chef An Seong-jae, has issued an apology following a recent controversy over its wine service.
On April 23, MOSU posted to its official social channels: “We sincerely apologize for causing confusion by failing to provide clear guidance during the wine pairing and for not offering adequate explanations in our follow-up responses, which left customers deeply disappointed.”
