On March 30, he warned that if talks failed, “we will blow up all their power plants, wells, and Kharg Island (probably even all desalination facilities), utterly devastate them and end our lovely ‘stay’ in Iran.”
In a national address on April 1, he said the U.S. would “deliver extremely powerful strikes against Iran over the next two to three weeks” and vowed to “return them to the Stone Age.”
