Investigators found internal frames bent inward while the hull plating bulged and bent outward. The ministry said it could not determine whether the attack was carried out by Iranian systems such as the Shahed drone, which can alter explosive effects by changing warheads.
Addressing reports that Iran’s ambassador visited the Foreign Ministry immediately after the findings were released, the ministry said, “Because Iran is a country related to this incident, the Iranian ambassador visited our offices to receive an explanation of the investigation’s findings.” It added, “We are communicating with relevant countries based on the facts confirmed so far, and the government will take necessary measures going forward.”
