Stray Kids’ I.N wowed audiences as a special guest at Park Jin-young’s Tokyo concert.

On February 5, I.N took the stage at Park Jin-young’s solo concert “Happy Hour” held at Kanadevia Hall in Tokyo, Japan. The unexpected collaboration between Park Jin-young, a living legend with over three decades at the top of the music industry, and I.N, who’s been setting the global music scene on fire, sent the crowd into a frenzy.

“Finding an artist who can nail both 2AM’s soulful ballads and Rain’s electrifying performances is no easy feat, but we’ve struck gold,” Park Jin-young announced, introducing I.N to thunderous applause. The young star then joined Park for a medley of 2AM’s “This Song” and Rain’s “Change Me,” showcasing his velvety vocals and slick New Jack Swing-inspired moves.

“I’ve been a huge fan of 2AM and 2PM since I was a kid, and ‘This Song’ has always held a special place in my heart,” I.N shared, visibly moved. “Performing it with the legendary producer himself is just surreal – I’m beyond grateful.” The surprises didn’t stop there. As the band struck up “Happy Birthday” for I.N’s upcoming February 8 celebration, Park Jin-young unveiled a cake and gifts, leaving the Stray Kids member beaming with joy and gratitude.

Meanwhile, Stray Kids continue to dominate the global music scene. Their repackaged album “LIFE” recently hit a staggering 1.5 billion streams on Spotify, while “God’s Menu,” the title track from their first full-length album “GO生,” crossed the 500 million play mark. These milestones cement their status as the first fourth-generation K-pop boy group to achieve such feats. Adding to their success, their concert film “Stray Kids: The DOMINATE Experience” opened on February 6, raking in 19.1 million USD (approximately 25.47 billion KRW) globally in its first weekend and topping box office charts across 61 territories.

The group’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down. They’re set to headline major festivals, including New York’s Governors Ball Music Festival on June 6 and Brazil’s Rock in Rio on September 11. Closer to home, Stray Kids will treat their dedicated fanbase, known as STAY, to their sixth official fan meeting, “STAY in Our Little House.” The event will take place over four shows at Incheon’s Inspire Arena on March 28, 29, and April 4, 5.
