Yamaha Music Korea, the global instrument and audio specialist, announced on March 12 that it is officially launching the CC1 USB controller, a compact device designed to streamline creators’ workflows and deliver intuitive hands-on control.
The CC1 is an all-purpose controller aimed at anyone working in PC-based setups—from music producers to YouTubers, streamers and engineers. Its 100mm motorized fader with 10-bit resolution provides the precise, real-time control demanded by professional DAWs, while preserving Yamaha’s signature attention to sonic detail.
The unit also includes a dedicated AI knob and four multi-function knobs for quick parameter tweaks and efficient navigation through settings.
Notably, the CC1 features 12 assignable LCD keys that integrate with Elgato’s Stream Deck software. That allows users to customize functions for their workflows, offering flexible control across major DAWs such as Cubase and Nuendo, as well as in video editing, streaming and gaming workflows—including Apple applications.

Portability is another strength. Its compact, integrated chassis makes the CC1 easy to carry and use on the go, helping creators deliver high-level performances regardless of location. Yamaha also plans future firmware updates to enable tighter integration with its USB audio interfaces and mixer hardware, further expanding creative possibilities.
“Yamaha has always worked alongside content creators and listened to their needs,” said Kim Tae-min, head of Yamaha Music Korea’s Audio Sales Team. “Unlike typical USB controllers, the CC1’s integration with Elgato’s Stream Deck maximizes convenience and speed, helping creators produce their best work.”
More detailed information about the new product is available on Yamaha Music Korea’s official website.
