Translation result. 부산 Busan Facilities Corporation announced on April 17 that it will host an Exhibition of Works by People with Disabilities at the Hanmaeum Sports Center in Jwadong, Haeundae District, Busan, through April 28, in observance of the 46th Disability Day.

The exhibition, organized in partnership with the Haeundae District Disabled Welfare Center, aims to raise public awareness about inclusive communities and to share the everyday lives of people with disabilities through their creative work.

The show features 17 works by local artists with disabilities, including creative writing, calligraphy, knitting and painting.

The event is part of the corporation’s \”Creating a World Without Discrimination and Prejudice\” initiative, launched in 2022. Since then, the corporation has promoted the Disability Discrimination Act and hosted sports photography exhibitions, art shows and a special exhibition for emerging writers with developmental disabilities.

Hanmaeum Sports Center operates as a specialized sports facility for people with disabilities and as an open community space available to all residents.

\”I hope this exhibition becomes an opportunity for people with and without disabilities to better understand and empathize with one another,\” said Lee Seong-rim, chairman of Busan Facilities Corporation. \”We will continue to develop programs that create environments where everyone can participate together.\”
