A warm act of generosity reached the Miryang community in South Gyeongsang Province.

On April 21, An Byeong-ho, CEO of SGF Saeul EPC CEO donated a scholarship fund of 10 million KRW (approximately $7,500) to the Miryang Citizens Scholarship Foundation to support local talent development.

The foundation said the funds will be used to help local students focus on their studies and grow into future leaders.

SGF Saeul EPC operates an advanced distribution center in Sanwoe-myeon, Miryang, overseeing the entire process from egg collection to distribution. The company ensures egg safety through HACCP-based hygiene controls and a cold-chain system.

It also supplies healthy eggs raised without antibiotics in eco-friendly, animal-welfare–focused facilities, contributing to the development of the local agri-food industry.

“Eggs are a warm food on the breakfast table every morning,” said An Byeong-ho. “I hope this donation brings comfort and hope to students.”

An Byeong-gu, chairman of the Miryang Citizens Scholarship Foundation, expressed gratitude for the donation and said the scholarship fund will be put to good use so that students can concentrate on their studies and grow into the region’s future leaders.

The gift demonstrates SGF Saeul EPC’s commitment to the community and will provide meaningful support for nurturing local talent.

Officials expect these social contributions to have a positive impact on community development and on cultivating future talent.
