Kakao’s labor union has warned it may strike next month, and Kakao CEO Jeong Shin‑ah issued an apology to employees.
On the morning of the 28th, Jeong issued a companywide notice addressing the internal turmoil and anxiety caused by recent labor disputes, according to industry reports.
