[Asia Times=Reporter Ok Han-bin] As spring warmth kicks in and travel demand heats up, NOL Universe has revealed its early-bird playbook for travelers both near and far.

On the 15th, NOL announced it will run cross-category travel perks through the 31st.
Spring travel searches are spiking. Hotels.com’s “Cherry Blossom Travel Guide” reports searches for domestic spring getaways jumped about 65% in the past two weeks, while searches for Jeju stays in March and April climbed roughly 50%.
NOL Universe is leaning into that momentum with a lineup of spring deals. Domestic bookers can grab a coupon pack worth 180,000 KRW (about $121 USD). Every day at 10 a.m., the app will release a limited number of 10% off coupons for domestic leisure activities on a first-come, first-served basis. Planning a Jeju trip? Every Monday there’s a special drop of first-come, first-served coupons: 5% off Jeju stays and 12% off Jeju leisure bookings.
For international travelers, NOL rolled out practical savings. Daily at 10 a.m., users can snap up airfare coupons worth up to 80,000 KRW (about $54 USD). For one month, Japan travelers can enjoy up to 7% off accommodations and 10% off tours and tickets, plus discounted rates on popular hotels and experiences. There are also bundle deals—think up to 15% off overseas stays when you buy airfare, and up to 15% off tours and tickets for customers booking flights or hotels.
Cultural perks are part of the package, too. The NOL app offers a dedicated 2,000 KRW (about $1 USD) discount for performance bookings. For the app-exclusive run of the musical Death Note, every ticket buyer receives a photocard and a chance to film the curtain call. NOL is also spotlighting this month’s new productions—musicals Lempicka, Jeokto, ROGER; the play Orphans; Ppangya; and exhibitions From Rembrandt to Goya and Max Sidentopf’s solo show—offering wide-ranging discounts depending on conditions like repeat viewings and early-bird bookings.
This month, NOL Universe formally rolled out Yanolja 3.0, Yanolja’s new growth vision designed to reshape the travel industry’s playbook.
Under Yanolja 3.0, the company aims to adapt its mission—making travel and leisure easier and more meaningful through technology—to the AI era, using customer-focused tech to create fresh, memorable experiences.
