On April 30, she uploaded a video to her YouTube channel “Jayubuin Han Ga-in” titled “Han Ga-in and her daughter dig clams in the mudflats and cook kalguksu and ramen — mukbang.”

In the video, Han explained, “My BPPV had fully recovered, but the morning before last I woke up and it felt like the bed spun six full 360-degree turns.” She added, “I can’t do yoga right now — I mustn’t tilt my head down.” Han had struggled with BPPV for three years after the birth of her second child.

Still, she took her daughter, Jae, to the mudflats. When the crew asked, “Are you sure you want to try the mudflat experience with Jae?” Han replied, “We promised. She’s so excited and wants to come.”

She laughed that she might spend the day digging clams and then dramatically call the producer the next morning to say, “I can’t get out of bed — I’m still spinning. I need to go to Seoul.”

Han married actor Yeon Jung-hoon in 2005. The couple has a son and a daughter, and both children scored in the top 1% on gifted tests and were admitted to a gifted program.
