La Croisette in Cannes, the southern French resort hosting the 79th Cannes Film Festival, shimmered with the sleek elegance of silver wings.

Air France, the festival’s official partner for 46 years, unveiled La Plage — its dedicated beach space — for the third consecutive year.

This season’s theme is “Timeless Elegance.” To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the legendary Concorde — the supersonic icon nicknamed the Great White Bird — its heritage is woven through the entire space.

The overall design draws inspiration from Air France’s flagship cabin, La Première, balancing white and gray tones with the brand’s signature red accents.

The intimate, roughly 30-seat restaurant on Hôtel Martinez’s private beach reimagines the Concorde legacy with a fresh, modern dining experience.

For private dinners, Michelin-starred chef Mory Sacko will present the signature menu he serves on the Abidjan–Paris route.

Claire Heitzler, recognized by France’s leading gastronomic guide Gault & Millau, rounds out the meal with delicate pastries.

World-renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdjian crafted the brand’s signature scent, AF001, which drifts through the space and deepens the immersive atmosphere.

The highlight this season is a special program that recreates true first-class service right on the beach.

Visitors can enjoy the exact pairings served onboard — Sturia Osetra caviar with Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires champagne — while gazing over the Mediterranean.

There’s also a nonalcoholic rosé option for guests who prefer not to drink.
