[TourKorea = Reporter Seongran Cho] Mona Yongpyong is officially kicking off the spring golf season. With an early opening of its premium course and a lineup of attractive perks, the resort is aiming to capture early-season demand.

Mona Yongpyong has finalized its 2026 opening schedule and launched spring operations. Its premium Birch Hill CC opened today (the 25th), and Yongpyong CC along with the Yongpyong 9 golf course will open sequentially on April 1.

Set into the natural terrain, Birch Hill CC is celebrated for its scenic design and has consistently earned high marks. As Mona Yongpyong’s flagship course and an annual KLPGA host, it also carries the prestige of being named one of South Korea’s top 10 golf courses—and is expected to deliver polished rounds again this season.

To mark the season’s start, Mona Yongpyong has introduced several promotions. Alongside member benefits, the resort is offering spring golf packages that pair rounds with overnight stays.

Running through April 17, a limited-time offer for guests playing 36 holes includes complimentary cart fees for both days plus free coffee—an incentive aimed at early-season visitors.

The resort-style golf infrastructure is another draw. Visitors can combine golf with lodging, dining and a range of on-site amenities, making Mona Yongpyong an appealing choice for travelers seeking a multi-day golf getaway.

A Mona Yongpyong spokesperson said, “We’ve completed preparations for course maintenance and overall operations for the 2026 season. Leveraging the strengths of Birch Hill CC and our other courses, we’ll make sure visitors fully experience the appeal of spring golf.”
