[Sports Today reporter Lee Sang-pil] SSG Landers (CEO Kim Jae-seop) announced March 13 that it will revamp its merchandising operations for the 2026 season to improve fan convenience. In partnership with Emart and SSG.com, the club focused the overhaul on practical, fan-facing improvements: consolidated online channels, upgraded delivery, and refreshed retail spaces.

The headline change is a unified digital purchasing experience. Fans can now buy game tickets and team merchandise in a single checkout inside the SSG.com app. A centralized payment and rewards system streamlines the process of preparing for a game.

The online store will continue to operate as Landers Shop by Emart and will maintain SSG.com’s member benefits. Notably, SSG Seven Club members will earn 7% back in SSG Money on purchases from Landers Shop by Emart and SSG delivery items. Accumulated SSG Money can be used on tickets and merchandise or for everyday shopping.

Logistics and customer service are getting upgrades as well. For preorders, the club will provide advance shipping schedules to reduce uncertain wait times, while standard items will ship the next business day. All product inquiries will be handled through SSG.com’s customer center to deliver faster, more organized responses.

The main infield shop behind first base will be relaunched as the doubled-size Landers Flagship Store, redesigned to improve fan flow. The expanded space adds an on-site customization service where fans can have goods made to order—everything from player-image T-shirts to personalized phone cases can be created on the spot. The club also reworked sections for uniforms, cheering gear, and new releases to make shopping more comfortable and convenient.

The outfield shop (next to Gate 7) will remain open on weekdays without home games (Tue–Sat, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM), increasing access for fans who want to buy merchandise any day.

The club will also run a social media campaign to collect fan input. From March 13–15, fans who leave suggestions for \”2026 season wish items\” and a cheering comment on the team’s official Instagram will be entered in a drawing. Twenty winners will receive a Landers Shop ₩100,000 (about $75) gift card. During exhibition games, the club will offer promotions with discounts up to 70% on select items. Full details are available on the team’s official Instagram.
