BYD Launches Free Vehicle Inspection Campaign for Lunar New Year: Ensure Safe Travels!

BYD Korea is launching a Lunar New Year Free Inspection Campaign to ensure safe and comfortable travel for BYD owners during the upcoming holiday season.

The automaker aims to demonstrate its commitment to customer safety through this service initiative, following the success of last year’s Chuseok campaign. This comprehensive free inspection program will cover pre- and post-holiday vehicle checks, providing systematic support from pre-trip preparation to post-drive assessments.

The campaign will run for a total of eight days across 17 BYD Auto service centers nationwide. It includes three days before the holiday (February 11-13) and five days after (February 19-20, February 23-25). During this period, BYD Korea will offer complimentary thorough inspections of critical components for long-distance travel. These checks will include power battery status, undercarriage inspection, brake system evaluation, and assessment of parts requiring replacement. The 30-minute inspection also features a complimentary interior deodorizing service for enhanced driving comfort. As an added bonus, all customers visiting the service centers during the campaign will receive a small gift, enhancing their service experience.

A BYD Korea spokesperson stated, “With increased long-distance travel during the Lunar New Year, proper vehicle maintenance is crucial. This campaign aims to provide our customers with peace of mind for their holiday journeys.” The company also emphasized its ongoing commitment to expanding service programs tailored to customers’ real-world driving needs.

BYD Korea has set an ambitious target to establish a network of 26 service centers by year-end. This expansion focuses not only on quantity but also on enhancing service quality to build a more robust customer support infrastructure. Since launching its passenger vehicle brand last January with 11 service centers, BYD Auto has rapidly expanded to 17 locations, showcasing remarkable growth that has caught the industry’s attention.
