ZEEKR 7X: Discover the First-Ever Facelift Model Launching in Korea – What to Expect?

ZEEKR has officially kicked off its entry into the South Korean market, unveiling its launch model and sales strategy. To broaden consumer touchpoints, the automaker will publish information via YouTube and will introduce the facelifted 7X to Korea as the first market outside China.

ZEEKR published a video titled \”ZEEKR Is Watching\” on its official YouTube channel on the 27th, outlining the domestic launch timeline, the initial models it will sell and plans for a service network. The video was produced in response to questions raised on the brand’s official social channels and owner clubs.

In the video, ZEEKR confirmed that the midsize SUV 7X will be its first model in Korea. The 7X facelift will make its global debut in Korea outside of China.

The company also disclosed specifications. The 7X will be offered with a 75 kWh LFP battery and a 100 kWh NCM pack. Optional premium features include power-operated doors for all seats, a temperature-controlled refrigerator, a \”Stargate\” lighting system with about 1,000 LEDs and a 21‑speaker sound system.

To comply with domestic regulations, ZEEKR will equip the vehicle with a Level 2 driver-assistance system that uses radar and cameras instead of lidar. The package will include adaptive cruise control as well as lane-keeping and lane-change assistance.

ZEEKR also laid out its sales strategy: it will open showrooms in major cities, including the Seoul metropolitan area, and establish at least one service center in each region, including Jeju.

The company is also weighing future lineup additions such as the MPV 009, the shooting-brake 007 GT and large SUVs 8X and 9X, but said exact launch dates will be decided based on the market’s response.

A ZEEKR spokesperson said the video series was created to provide accurate information for Korean consumers and that the company will release further details — including launch schedules and certification specs — progressively through the series.
