About 96 percent of riders said they were satisfied with the Han River Bus service.
On April 17, Seoul city officials said that, from March 1—when service across all routes resumed—through April 16, the Han River Bus recorded 100,981 riders.
After the service officially launched on Sept. 18 last year, 104,935 people rode the Han River Bus through February. Ridership climbed quickly following the full restart, pushing cumulative boardings past 200,000.
A survey conducted after the full-service restart found roughly 96 percent of respondents were satisfied with the service.
About 94 percent said they would recommend the service to friends, and 89 percent said they would ride it again.
The Seoul government surveyed 3,115 Han River Bus users from April 6 to April 13, focusing on overall experience and willingness to ride again.
