General Motors Korea reported total sales of 36,630 vehicles in February, with 927 units sold domestically and 35,703 exported.

In overseas markets, GM Korea’s February sales reached 35,703 units. The Chevrolet Trailblazer, including its variants, saw a 7.8% year-over-year increase in international sales, totaling 13,004 units. The Trailblazer continues to impress with its sporty design, refined aesthetics, and robust engine options, delivering reliable performance that balances practicality with style. To expand customer options, GM introduced the Midnight Black Edition to the 2026 Trailblazer lineup in February, featuring a sophisticated all-black exterior.

The Chevrolet Trax crossover and its variants also performed well, with 22,699 units sold in international markets. The Trax crossover blends the nimble driving characteristics of a sedan with SUV utility, offering spacious interiors and advanced safety features typical of larger CUVs. The 2026 model year brings the new RS Midnight Edition, additional exterior color choices, over-the-air software update capability, and enhanced driver assistance systems, further boosting its market appeal.

In the domestic market, GM Korea sold 927 units in February, with the Chevrolet Trax crossover leading sales at 771 units, driving overall performance.

Gustavo Colossi, VP of Sales, Service, and Marketing at GM Korea, stated, “The consistent popularity of our strategic Chevrolet models, including the Trax crossover and Trailblazer, continues to fuel strong global demand. As we enter the spring season, we’ve prepared special promotions to showcase the unique value and competitiveness of Chevrolet products to our customers.”

GM Korea is launching a special March promotion with attractive offers for domestic buyers. Customers purchasing the Chevrolet Trax crossover, Trailblazer, or the premium Sierra pickup will be eligible for various financing options and cash incentives. Additionally, those who trade in an older diesel vehicle for a new Trax crossover or Trailblazer will receive a 300,000 KRW (225 USD) cash bonus.

Chevrolet is also running a lucky draw for Trax crossover and Trailblazer buyers, with winners receiving additional cash prizes ranging from 50,000 KRW (37.5 USD) to 1 million KRW (750 USD).
