Ram revives ProMaster City
U.S.-spec gas-powered van coming
Sales start in 2027

Ram has brought back the ProMaster City in a redesigned form aimed at both cargo-van and minivan buyers.
The previous, Fiat-based model was sold in the U.S. but never gained significant traction and was discontinued.
The new ProMaster City is larger and joins Stellantis’ commercial-vehicle family that shares a common platform.
Van based on Stellantis K0 platform

The new ProMaster City was developed on Stellantis’ K0 family platform.
Stellantis says the platform shares components with Citroën, Peugeot and Toyota models.
Dimensions for the U.S. model are as follows.

Offered as cargo van and minivan

Ram will offer the ProMaster City in two body styles: a cargo van and a passenger minivan.
The cabin features a 10-inch digital instrument cluster and a floating infotainment display.
Trim levels are Tradesman and SLT. Even the base model includes a digital rearview mirror, heated front seats and automatic emergency braking.
The passenger version is standard as a 5-seat vehicle, with an available 8-seat minivan layout.
1.6-liter turbo gasoline engine

The U.S. model will use a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine.

Stellantis plans to offer diesel and electric powertrains for other global markets.
U.S. sales planned for 2027

The new ProMaster City will be built in Turkey and exported to the U.S.
Orders open in the second half of this year, and deliveries are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
Ram says the base van will be priced under $40,000 (approximately 53.3 million KRW).
