Kia announced on the 16th that it has renewed its five-year partnership agreement with global energy company TotalEnergies Lubricants (TotalEnergies).
The two companies first formed a partnership in 2011; with this renewal, their collaboration will extend through 2031, marking a 20-year relationship.
Over the next five years, TotalEnergies will supply high-quality engine oils to Kia customers and dealers worldwide. The companies will also continue the joint projects and marketing initiatives they have carried out over the past 15 years.
They will also explore cooperation in the eco-friendly vehicle segment, including hybrid models.
“With this renewal, we will raise customer satisfaction and reinforce Kia’s service competitiveness,” said Hwang Dong-hwan, head of Kia’s Ownership Management Division.
“Building on the strong trust between our companies, we aim to create meaningful value for customers around the world,” said Elodie Rous, Vice President of TotalEnergies’ Automotive Division.
